@stahlwerke Actually, it takes signals from satellites orbiting Mars (and rovers on ths surface) 8 1/2 minutes to send and receive data to/from Earth. In that time, with current technology, up to 60 MB of data can be transmitted.

Internet on Mars would probably have a 4 minute delay if the provider was on Earth.

@txrki the black line is the shadow from the exhaust plume. You can also see shuttle break sound barrier at 0:50
