mayer isnt being "coached" lol... its a monitor, he wears it so he can hear himself and not be drowned out by all the other instruments on stage.. as do most other artists

nomoreblo, you are completely wrong. Jimi Hendrix was in Europe at the time of his death, I think it was Germany with one of many girlfriends. He passed out from mostly alcohol and vomited on himself while passed out. His girlfriend, possessing a lot drugs, was afraid to call the hospital and waited about 20 MINUTES before finally calling an ambulance, which arrived with 10 more minutes. By this time, Jimi Hendrix had died. It's from the book "Hendrix" which John Lennon and Chas Chandler read.
